Welcome to Sendlinx. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, services, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Sendlinx, you agree to these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Sendlinx. If you are accessing Sendlinx on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
- Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Trial & Send Limits
During the 7-day free trial period:
- You may send to a maximum of 5 recipients per message
- You are limited to 50 recipients per day
To unlock higher limits, you must activate and verify your account.
- Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities
By using Sendlinx, you agree to use the platform only for lawful, professional, and respectful purposes. You must not:
- Send unsolicited or bulk communications (spam)
- Upload, store, or share illegal, offensive, or harmful content
- Use Sendlinx for any unlawful activity
- Attempt to deceive, impersonate, or exploit other users
Sendlinx is intended solely for personal and professional use that complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are expected to present content and opportunities in a manner that upholds integrity, security, and respect for others.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
- Content Ownership & Licensing
You retain ownership of any files or content you upload, but grant Sendlinx a limited license to store, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the Services. You must have the legal rights to all uploaded content.
- Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other behavior that may harm the platform or its users.
- Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Sendlinx is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.
- Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
